Our vehicles are insured and equipped with dual controls for safety. Students must:

  • Follow all California traffic laws
  • Not drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Disclose any medical condition that may impair driving ability

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unsafe weather or road conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • US Driving School shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee that a student will pass the DMV driving test.
  • Students assume responsibility for their performance during DMV examinations.
